Paid survey companies require a free sign-up where you input various details including your email address. The paid survey website will then send you surveys via email and you recieve rewards for completing them. These rewards can be money, gifts, points, prizes or entry to regular lottery draws. The rewards are credited to your paid survey account, from which you can claim whatever form of reward you have been given.
